My mother has survived a number of serious health crises with her sense of humor intact. She loves jokes! Every day I telephone her and at the end of our conversation she wants a few jokes. This book is the best source. The jokes are funny, sometimes a bit risque but never nasty, and cover a wide range of subjects. She always laughs out loud. She retells the jokes to her care givers and friends. The collection has supplied us with good jokes for 9 months!!! I hope St. Peter gives Jim Cartwright a cushy cloud; he gave so much laughter to someone who could really use some giggles. About 10% of the jokes didn't work for Mom, and some were based on older jokes, which Mom loved, but that's a minimal drawback. Where else can you buy 9 months of happiness for $5?Product details

Your think you've heard them all, then you come across a lot of jokes for the first time here. Then you try to remember a few to tell to others, only to discover you better go back and read them again. Lots of fun.
Omg... this book is absolutely amazing! I couldn't stop laughing the entire time. The longer jokes were a good read but personally I enjoyed the one-liners more. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good joke or just a plain ol' good laugh!
I needed to have some laughs but I wanted the jokes to have some variety so I ordered this book. It did not disappoint. These are some really funny jokes. Being a golfer myself, the ones about golfers were especially funny. If you need a good laugh to relieve tension, this is the book for you!
Really disappointing a slapdash collection of very banal jokes.
Headline is the main point. I'm looking for jokes to tell to my choir at our weekly meetings. Most of these, though often funny are not appropriate at church.
Delightful to look at, delightful to hold, but when I read the blurb, We had to mark it "Sold" !
